ICCT cordially invites all the dance teams, enthusiastic choreographers and creative talented teams/individuals to showcase their talent in an exclusive cultural program during the upcoming 15^th Annual Ganesh Nimajjan Celebrations. Following cultural performance are planned:

1. Stage performance
2. Spectacular Ganesha Float Parade, highlighting regional decorations and cultural/artistic performances from all regions of India.
3. Kids competitions: Win prizes!
   • Drawing (Theme on Ganesha – no age limit
   • Kids costume Show

Below are the guidelines for the program:

• Pre-registration is required for stage performances. Walk-ins are NOT allowed for stage performance.
• All performances should have a minimum of 6 up to 10 participants of age 13 and above
•  Songs and Lyrics for the performance must be family friendly, and present their culture and heritage in dignified manner
•  Ganesha theme songs and performances are encouraged but not mandatory
• Duration of the performance must NOT exceed 6 minutes
• Send your digital audio file to culturals@icctmemphis.org before audition deadline (Friday, Aug 22nd 2025).
• Auditions will be held on August 23rd between 2:00 and 4:00 PM.
•  All participants should have proper attire during performance
•  All performers must follow guidelines issued by the ICCT
•  ICCT reserves the right to cancel/stop any performance if it finds the performance not appropriate
